How do I choose the best ball to play with?
We provide a detailed description of each ball along with a bit of background on the different technologies behind them under the section “The Science Bit”
However as a rule of thumb, if your clubhead swing speed is
– less than 70 mph, then Genesis will help you get the distance you need
– between 70 to 90 mph, then Atlas is a good intermediate ball to help you further your game
– greater than 95 mph, then Titan will help you achieve those accurate shots you are accustomed to
Also, the more advanced your game is the better ball you should choose. Genesis is good for players with a higher handicap, Atlas for advanced players and Titan is for the skilled Players with lower handicaps
How can I take advantage of WYRE’s discount scheme?
It’s easy. Wyre Golf is offering you even better prices when you order 3 or 5 or 7 packs of golf balls. All you need to do is adjust the quantity in your cart, and the website will automatically apply the new discounted total for you
Can I return the golf balls and get a refund?
Yes. Please email us on email@example.com, within 14 days of receiving the order, confirming you would like to be refunded. You can send the goods back to:

We can only accept returns of products that have not been used, show no damage and are still in the original packaging.

What’s the minimum number of balls I can buy?
We sell our golf balls in packs of 12. Don’t forget to stock up for the season and take advantage of our discount scheme when you buy 3 or more dozens.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
What if I received damaged goods or the wrong items?
That should definitely not have happened! Please let us know immediately by dropping an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you right away. Kindly let us know which items are damaged or which items you received incorrectly. Pictures would be incredibly helpful as well.
I didn’t receive my order
Your package didn’t arrive? Not to worry, we will sort it out for you. Just drop us a short email to email@example.com with your order details and we will immediately take care of it.
What shipment providers does WYRE use?
WYRE uses the most trusted courier services. Depending on the country, products will be shipped with DHL, UPS, Hermes or DPD. For some specific destinations we might also use a different service provider. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose your preferred delivery company, as this is pre-set in our logistics management.
What is the expected delivery time?
We always aim to get the product to you as soon as possible. Once the payment has been received by us, it should take 3 to 5 business days until you receive your golf balls.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. If you have not received your order 10 days after dispatch, please contact us under firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your tracking number might not work immediately though. Recently uploaded tracking can take up to 24 hours to be activated. If you still encounter this problem after 24 hours, please let us know at immediately and we will take good care of the issue.
Can I receive my orders in Packstations (Germany only)?
Yes, delivery to a Packstation within Germany is possible. Enter your PostNummer (ID provided by DHL) into the “Address” field, “PACKSTATION” in the “street” field, and the number of the Packstation in the “number” field when you check out. Don’t forget to put the Zip Code where the Packstation is located. Only a MAXIMUM order up to 8 packs of golf balls can be shipped to a Packstation.
What if the delivery fails because I am not home?
If you’re not at home when your package arrives the courier might try to leave it with a neighbour. If this isn’t possible, it will be left at a collection point. The courier will leave a notification card to tell you where your package can be collected. Take the card to the collection point with proof of identification within seven days. If you do not collect the package within seven days it will be returned to our warehouse.
But no need to worry, just get in touch with us under email@example.com and let us know if you would still like to receive your package and the address you would like to have it sent to.
Which countries do you deliver to?
So far, we deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, UK, and the UAE
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by Master Card, Visa, Maestro, PayPal, and SOFORTzahlen. Some of these payment methods may be country specific. In case of an order return, the refund will always be issued to your original method of payment.
When will the funds be transferred?
When you pay via PayPal or by credit card, the payment is completed instantly. SOFORTzahlen works in a similar way and the money is deducted automatically so you can let us do the work for you. Please note that orders will only be shipped when we have received the full invoice amount.
